Simplistic faux wood blinds are made using a low maintenance material, and give a contemporary, refined look. These blinds have a very high resistance to extreme heat and moisture, making them an easy choice in areas that experience high temperatures in the summer or cold, wet winters. Like all of our products, they also come with a limited warranty.

Simplistic faux wood blinds are custom cut to fit your windows from a wide range of pre-made sizes. This blind is equipped with a high profile steel head rail that is only 2” deep and 2 1/4” high. The blind has high grade components and steel mechanisms. The moisture resistant UV rated slats have undergone the most stringent testing for color fastness that the industry provides. It’s perfect for high humidity environments. The slats have standard route holes and the bottom rail is solid rectangular. The cord tilter is on the left side and the lifter is on the right side. An attractive upgraded Decorative Crown Valance is standard at no extra charge.

Color Accuracy Policy:

Although we do our best to make sure that the colors on our web site are accurate, actual colors will vary. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual window treatment. Due to the fact that our products are all custom made, and can\'t be returned, you need to be sure that you can live with any color variations that are possible from our scanning of the actual samples. Also, most of our products use Color Coordinated Components. Color Coordinated means similar colors but not necessarily the same exact color. An exact match in color is not always possible for the components of the blind/shade. The color that best coordinates with the product\'s slat/fabric color will be chosen for use on the components. All components will not necessarily be of the same exact coordinated color. Some examples of color-coordinated component would be ladder strings, lift cords, tilter mechanisms, bottom rails, tassels, etc. If an exact color match is needed please email or call for a sample.

Warranty Information

Type of Warranty
One (1) year warranty on Simplistic products.

What is Covered
These faux wood blind products are warranted against original defects in materials or workmanship for the original purchaser for the above stated time period provided that:
(1) The product was properly installed in a residential dwelling;

(2) Ordering and installation recommendations were followed with regard to limitations and specifications.

Who is Covered
This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser of the above stated Simplistic blinds.

Obligations to The Consumer
The obligations of Factory Direct Blinds are limited to the repair or replacement of parts or product found to be defective.

Factory Direct Blinds is not responsible for shipping costs or labor costs for measuring and taking the blind down or reinstalling the product.

If repairs are made under this warranty, the repairs will be made with like or similar parts.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover conditions or damages caused by accidents, alterations, misuse, or failure to follow instructions for measurement, installations, cleaning or maintenance. In addition, normal wear and tear are not covered by the warranty.

Some slight warpage, as well as natural variations in color and grain effect, are normal with a wood product and not considered defects. Areas of high humidity may cause excessive warpage of wood slats. In addition, some loss of color intensity or discoloration may occur in plastic materials or wood finishes when exposed to direct sunlight over long periods of time. All cords will eventually wear out. Factory Direct Blinds considers these things normal wear and tear and are not covered by this warranty. Colors may vary from lot to lot and may not exactly match samples of previous purchases.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WRITTEN OR ORAL WARRANTIES OR OBLIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES.

No person is authorized to extend or alter this warranty.

Factory Direct Blinds SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

Shipping Fees

UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping:
This applies to all orders under 96 inches in width or length shipping to an address in the contiguous 48 states of the U.S. If it travels by UPS or FedEx then shipping is FREE! Please call us for shipping quotes outside the covered area.

Shutters are not included in the free shipping. We charge a flat fee for residential shipping cost.

Sunscreens are not available for shipping outside the Metro Phoenix area.

Oversize Products Shipping Fee:
If your package is 96 inches or over in width or length it will be shipped by common carrier (semi truck) from the nearest manufacturing facility to you. There will be an oversize shipping charge for any order with products that are 96 inches or more in width or length. This charge is per manufacturer. Meaning if you order two oversized products and they are from two different manufacturers (two different brands) then there will be TWO charges for a total of 130.00 for shipping. But, if you have more than one product over 96 inches at it is from same manufacturer you will only pay one oversize fee. The fee is per order, not per blind.
